In Japan, the Xbox 360 may be outselling the PS3, but at Amazon, the PS3 is a power seller. According to Amazon.com, the Playstation 3 80GB Metal Gear Solid Bundle has remained a strong seller and is ranked as the number 3 seller in Amazon’s video game division. In the month of July, Amazon sold 224,900 PS3 Bundle units as suppose to the Xbox 360, which Amazon sold 204,800 units of. The PS3 has held high sales in the United States due to the increasing popularity of Blu-ray discs. Playstation 3s have been outselling standalone blu-ray players.
