Sony recently updated the terms of service for the PSN. The new terms stipulate that Sony can basically record and keep anything you say or do online. The online gaming community has always been known for trash talking. In fact, when I get on my online avatar, I become somewhat of a total jerk. I am crass, rude and a complete bigot. Now I don’t feel that I identify with any of those in real life and I never initiate the trash-talk, but there are too many immature people online and sometimes you just feel the need to retaliate. Apparently, all that can now be recorded for future reference. Technically, if you came up with the solution to cold fusion over PSN (don’t ask me how), Sony can take you answer and go patent it for themselves. A scary thought….
